Even Southern puppies know that ‘gimme some sugar’ is not a request for the white, granular sweet substance that sits in a pretty little bowl in the middle of the table.
Dear Ms-K Cute pic! We love watching doggies play too. Thank you for your recent comments and enquiry about Hamster. He's doing well. We've decided to just let him be at the moment. He seems quite happy and hasn't really changed his routine. But we're watching him very carefully for any changes. Thanks for your concern Lots of licks MAXDOG IN SOUTH AFRICA
What a cute picture...nothing better than doggie sugar...!!! so precious. Dogs are much easier to get sugar from than cats....Madi is getting better with age. Her sugar comes in the form of a head butt to my cheek. I love it Maid and Mom
We love to give sugars too! Our mom lived in the south for eleven years so we are quite familiar with the term. Every time we hear Paula Deen say it on tv, we want to lick the screen. :-)
What a sweet photo! When I think of southerners and sugar I think of "sweet tea" which I am not a fan of. Don't ask about how this brain of mine works.... Snuggles, Twix
