Emergency Appendectomy

Greetings from Dog Daze Daddy,

Kit has been having some pain in her tummy for a couple of weeks now. Monday she saw her doctor who set up a CT Scan the very next day. After the scan yesterday as we were driving home her doctor's office called and told her to go directly to the Emergency Room - she had a ruptured appendix. They removed her appendix last night about 8 pm.  She has experienced a good deal of pain and nausea and has a high temperature on top of that. She is pretty miserable right now and is looking forward to going home soon. We'll keep you posted.

    Oh, my! Thanks to the daddy for letting us know! I felt something was wrong when there was no "Wordless Wednesday"! Even wrote an email to inquire. So grateful the surgery is over. Prayers and good thoughts are going up for a speedy recovery! SH

    OMG! my hubby had a ruptured appendix about 17yrs ago...you poor thing...you're strong, young and healthy and will be back with your pack soon!! Sending positive thoughts your way....
