Influence
of Nylabone and Tramadol
Oh Yeah, I love gnawing on my Nylabone...
If I can just stay awake, I'll give this Nylabone a good chew...
Oh Hello, Nylabone...
Where have you been?
I've been looking for you....
~~~~~~~~~~~
I haven't seen the progress I was hoping for after Buddy's 2nd prolotherapy treatment. I'm afraid if he doesn't show improvement after his 3rd treatment next Monday, we will have to consider surgery as our next option.
Sending healing vibes so you don't need surgery!
Chewed nylabones are always fun. Especially when you step on one at 2 AM,
ReplyDeleteOh dear! I hope Buddy is getting well soon. Our paws and fingers are crossed and we will be thinking of Buddy all the time.
ReplyDeleteOh Buddy, you are dorked out, even for a labradork. To actually gnaw on a nylabone?
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear your medicine is not helping. My paws remained crossed.
Slobbers,
Mango
We were hoping Buddy's treatments were going along as you were expecting them to. It's good to know you have another option.
ReplyDeleteXOXO
Sending Buddy lots of good thoughts! Hope everything is OK.
ReplyDeleteYour pal, Pip
Love these pics of Buddy! Glad he is entertained, but I know he would rather be out playing! Hoping for improvement.
ReplyDeleteBuddy, no driving for you!! until after you are better.
ReplyDeleteSo get well quick :)
Oh Buddy... I am gonna cross my paws and send my vibes that you will start to show some improvement so you don't have to have the surgery thingy.
ReplyDeleteVIBES>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I sure hope you see some improvement! Buddy doesn't seem to be bothered, though.
ReplyDeleteOh, poor Buddy! I have some pictures of Jack DUI too and it's so sad. I do hope the next treatment helps him, I hate to think of surgery!
Hi Kit! Getting caught up on your doings. So sorry you will not be coming up for Iditarod this year. But if you change your mind, there is ALWAYS room for you at the inn here... with a new deck... slow progress... but the end result will be well worth it.
ReplyDeleteWe certainly hope Buddy will be ok soon!
We love you as always.... xoxo
Buddy, you look how I felt after my surgery!
ReplyDeleteThings are not as they usually are, but oh the Nylabone keeps us in happiness!
Hang in there good Buddy!
Raider
Heehee...I'm pretty sure I just heard Buddy say, "Duuuuuuuuuude! This bone rocks, fer sure!"
ReplyDeleteMy paws are double crossed that the next treatment helps a lot and that he doesn't have to go have an operation.
Wiggles & Wags,
Buddy, we are really saying our prayers for you and crossing more paws for you to get better without surgery. Lots of love, Holly and mom
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteWoofs and Wags,
Poor Buddy! Riley gets drugged like that when she's on crate rest and she was taking Tramadol for her broken nail that had to be cut off back in October. It's pathetic, isn't it? We hope Buddy sees some improvement after his next treatment so he doesn't have to have the surgery.
ReplyDeleteElyse and Riley
Awww Buddy - paws crossed that surgery can be avoided. Your eyes look a bit crossed and watery, we must say (that's how Mom looks a lot of the time, heheh)but know that that nylabone is keeping you busy, which is a good thing. In seriousness, we are sorry to hear the meds aren't doing helpful work. We will be thinking of you lots and lots, handsome boy.
ReplyDeleteHugs xoxoxo
Sammie and Avalon
PS - Glad you decided to move on your decision to cut back on blogging til it's fun again for you - that's what we did earlier this year. Lots of pressure off. Happy New Year to you all.
Buddy has been on our minds. I hope it doesn't have to come to surgery. He will be in our thoughts and prayers.
ReplyDeleteLOTS of Sibe Vibes heading South!
ReplyDeleteOf khourse, I'm going to nap along with woo!
Hugz&Khysses,
So sorry to hear this. But you know you have to do what you think is best for Buddy. Tramadol had that same effect on Dakota. Paws crossed for healing and comfort for Buddy.
ReplyDeleteWoos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
I really hope Buddy will not need the surgery!
ReplyDeletePaws crossed here!
Praying for buddy and sending all our good thoughts his way! Scout loves her nylabones too, she said she'll send him some of hers if need be!
ReplyDeleteHi Ms. K! Nice to 'meet' you! Love that you and your hubby treat your dogs as children. Me and my hubby refer to our 5 big dogs as "the kids". Then we have the 2 horses and 1 farm cat as "the barn kids". :) Will look forward to getting to know you more!
