  1. I did get to speak with mine Saturday night - he called to thank me for the card and lottery tickets - and to tell me he'd won a total of $38.00 from them!

Thanks for sharing those special pics -

It is scary as I'll be THAT age in two months...

  2. What a beautiful and heartwarming post! Your dad was a very handsome man. That is a great picture of him on the beach, and the photo of you with him at your wedding is very sweet.

Fifty-two is too young. Sorry for your loss.

  12. That first picture of your dad...are you sure it isn't a Cosmo cover shoot? Or maybe he was in the movie, "Beach Blanket Bingo" with Annette Funicello? LOL! Very good picture!

We'll exchange cyber hugs. My daddy lived to be 88 years young, and young he was up until a few months before he died of pancreatic cancer a year and a half ago.

  16. Hello Kit! What great memories you have of your own dad! We have something else we have in common. My dad also passed away at 52 from a heart attack, except at work. Thanks for the hug as I've remembered him, and for the ones I know you're sending us for all that we have going on.
