Thanks for the blast from the past! I was 21, had graduated from college, was recently married, and was starting my first real teaching job! Good heavens! On top of all that and Woodstock, man landed on the moon. It was a big summer! BTW, thanks for featuring Zack! I'm guessing this was no trouble to him...just turn you loose with your picture doctoring! SH
I was 17, in LA, loved the come back of paisly, flower power, but not the drugs. Kit you look to clean cut to be a "hippie wanabe"! :) Now surging was pretty cool then. I was too uncoordinated for that, plus the water was too cold in the Pacific! Hard to imagine it was 40 years ago! Thanks for the nostalgia of the era!
Groovy! I was 18 and one hour away from Wd-stock, but didn't make it. Some pals went, but living in NY was wild enough! Richie Havens definitely takes me back! Thanks for posting! Hugs xo Sammie and ma
Gosh, our momma was just a kid but now 40 years have gone by and she said she is feeling a little old. She told us that she's gonna be pushing up daisies in a heartbeat if she doesn't watch out. Don't know what that means but she smiles when she says that so we don't think it can be all that bad.

She says tank woo fur the Richie video! That is one of her favourite parts of Woodstokhk!
