What a beautiful picture of your mother...she looks very glamorous, and has a kind face. I remember my Sunday's as a child...church... then back to play with my toys while mum cooked a delicious roast lunch for all the family. It was a quiet day,no shops were open in those days, and not much traffic about either.
An absolutely beautiful picture of your mother! And a beautiful (very true, hauntingly sad yet joyful) quote from Mrs. Gorbachev! The older I get the more I know that my youth is in my heart and soul...not in my skin and muscles! SH
What a nice picture of your mother...she was so pretty! I was just getting ready to post some early pics of my parents too, when they were very young. Mother hated aging in the end. When you're 80 everything is wrinkled!
I always remember, when I meet an elderly person, that they once had the spark of youth. Indeed, like me, they probably still feel like they're 18 years old!
WOW!
