Our good Labbie pal, Jack, has been diagnosed with a respiratory infection.
He hasn't been able to go to his favorite puppy park to play with his friends.
Feel better and get well soon. Jack!
Coincidentally, two days ago I read an article concerning the spread of dog influenza. If you recently adopted a dog from a shelter, or if your dog frequents doggie day care, boarding facilities, dog parks, or other public, dog-friendly places, please read this important article.

Thank you so much for your well wishes! Jack is doing much better, so he gets to go to the puppy park tomorrow. (Or otherwise, I'd have to go to the farm tomorrow - the crazy farm!)

We are off to read the article about dog flu. Thanks for making us award. We never get to go to a dog park, but occasionally we are boarded at the local vets. We hope Jack gets well soon.

I hope your doggy pal feels better soon! Thank you for sharing that informative article on the doggy flu! Wow! I never knew!
Thanks for the info. I wonder if the bordatella vaccine helps ward this off. Cami gets that dose annually because she goes to the groomer monthly. I used to think it was only for dogs that would be boarded, but the vet said any dog who goes where other dogs are gathered should get the dose. Congrats on your award! Very deserved! SH
Thanks for telling us about the dog flu! Bambi and I hardly ever go anywhere, so I think we are pretty safe. That is one thing about isolation, it keeps you safe.
Love you all, Bambi and Fern
