Our New Friend

We all know people who should have a dog.
My dear friend Ms. Fern is one of those people.
Fern and I have talked on numerous occasions about how empty our lives would be without a canine companion.

I'm so happy Fern and her sweet Zoie Girl have found each other.

Another lady who should have a dog is Ms. Deb, at Posted from Home.
Deb, has a heart as big and strong as Kim's at Golden Pines. Like Kim, Deb adopts older dogs who are usually overlooked for puppies.

I watched beautiful Ben and then sweet, elderly Ernie thrive during their last years with Deb and her loving family.

I knew Deb would open her heart and home again to another lucky, deserving pup.

We are pleased to introduce
Archer!

 (From:   Posted from Home)

He looks quite settled into his new, furever home, doesn't he?

Please visit Deb's beautiful blog for more photos of  Archer, and to read the lovely poem,
"Here in this House."

Happy Weekend Everyone!

Thank you so much Kit for this lovely Welcome post for Archer ♥
and for being such a great blogging friend. We woke to the garden covered in snow. Archer loved it, so our hike today should be fun for all. He is snoring by my feet as I check emails right now :-)

I've 'met' Fern via the phone too and find her to be delightful and so easy to chat with! I'm so glad that she and Zoie found one another!!

I'm also glad that Archer found his way to Deb! I know that look, and he certainly does look like he's home!!

Thank-you for the thoughtful kudo!

Archer is right at home in "HIS house"! The poem was so sweet! A friend adopted an abandoned kitty yesterday. She had been left behind by a renter. I sent my friend the poem. Fits the kitty very well, too! She was resting quite comfortably in her bed in the sink!

Love the header and wallpaper!
