Ha ha on Buddy's comment! Made me LOL! And, would you believe... I was conceived on the night of the moon landing! So... while I do not remember it, it was a memorable night in my life! I can't believe I am 9mos short of being 40... ugh!

I remember watching it too. We were at our house at the Jersey Shore and I was 17 years young and it was pouring rain at the time of the broadcast. We were glued to the TV!

Also, I am just catching up and want to say I enjoy your Sunday is for Family posts. Wonderful pictures, your parents were very glamorous!! xoxo

Hello there, Ms-K
GREETINGS FROM SOUTH AFRICA! ...and thank you for visiting our blog. We love to make new friends and we are very glad to meet you. You sound like a really interesting person and we love your pooches. What fun it must have been to go camping in that camper-van...that is something we haven't got to do yet. Looks very exciting.
Anyway, hope we can be friends.

It's one of those moments in life you never forget - I can look at that picture and remember everything about my life at that very moment.

Morning Kit and crew,
Buddy you are thinking way to hard for a Monday...I bet you've already had your boost of puppy caffeine today!! Kit I love the video of the Moon walk. I'm surrounded by such talent and imagination...maybe there is hope some of it will rub off on me, that is if I can get the delete button removed from my computer.

Buddy is quite the wit! I remember this, too. Watched it unfold...right along with Walter. Mamma and Terry were in Jamaica, and I wondered if they knew it! Big Dad's daddy went to his grave believing it was a hoax. When I think he lived before airplane flight, I guess I understand it. SH

That is so true: how can it be 40 years ago since the moon landing! Our kids don't know what great history they missed by being born 20 years later!

Very good question, Buddy! Silly V!
