Sassy Says

The truth I do not stretch or shove
When I state that the dog is full of love.
I've also found, by actual test,
A wet dog is the lovingest.

~ Ogden Nash (1902-1971)

We had a wonderful time at the lake, with not a drop of rain.
I wish I could blame the rain for the the moisture in my camera, however the truth is I dropped my camera in the lake the first day.
I'd had the camera for almost a year after replacing my previous camera which was dropped on the driveway.
Needless to say, I don't buy expensive cameras.

Happy Friday Everyone!!!

Happy Trails,

We both moaned "OH NO!" together when we read about your camera!! It took great pics! Loved the collage, what a pretty sunset over the lake!
I'm glad you had a good time there with the "kids"!

Ha ha! Another Brilliant selection from Sassy! We are so bummed about your camera. Looks like you got some good ones before that happened! I hope there will not be much interruption in service (i.e. more pup pics soon!) while you find a new one. Have you seen the olympus that can be dropped from 6ft onto hard ground and can go underwater (I think to 30ft)? My boss has it and is very happy with it.

Those doggies look like they were having a blast in the water! I'm going to buy a kiddie pool and introduce "water" to my Bernese Mtn puppy slowly. I'm hoping she likes it just as much as my labs used to. (Only about half of Berners enjoy swimming, going in the water.)

Thank you for visiting us. We just visited yours and have also added you to our favorites. Too bad about your camera. Our mom doesn't have an expensive camera either. There are some beautiful pictures. 3 labs. What fun!

That is a big truck, but Tom has built bigger. Everything has to be so much bigger and heavier it is real hard on his body and while he is building it, he will say this is the last one. Then he finishes the turck and another customer shows up with $ and he is building another one.

You dropped your camera in THE LAKE!!
OH NO!!!
Now how did that happen Ms. K?

Always put that little strap around your wrist and camera will remain safe. I dropped a digital camera on the parking lot as I got out of a pick up truck and the camera broke - it belonged to the City so no loss to me. After that I started useing the strap.
