Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So, love the people who treat you right. Forgive, and then forget about the ones who don't.

Morning Kit Did you forget to tell Sassy (I'm guessing since I can't see puppy parts)that today is supposed to be wordless Wednesday? Sassy is the only gal in the pack and I expect the one in charge!!! Ear scratches to them all, Cecilia
How wonderful to find another Lab-lady! I discovered you visiting Alexandra and Maggie at Silver Bell Cottage. I am a widow and I live a two-dog life with my beautiful boys: Tristram and Galahad. Three previous members of our lab family have moved on to doggy heaven! It is interesting that the breed in South Africa (we follow the UK standard) are more compact dogs, a little heavier too. But whether the US or UK standard, all labs are darlings! Will be back to see some more of yours!
Just like kids!! One of them always has to have what the other's got! Sassy looks like she's thinking, "all I got is this stupid rope bone!" Raider would love to be at the other end of the rope playing tug of war!! Kathy

I taught primary school for 27 years, and loved every minute of it. I am now enjoying retirement on 30+ acres in the north Georgia mountains with my husband and Labrador Retrievers.
When we aren't hanging out in the woods, we enjoy traveling in our RV w/ the dogs. One of our favorite destinations is the Pacific Northwest, especially the Oregon and Washington coasts.
My parents are deceased, I am an only child and have no children; therefore, my husband and dogs are my family.
My blog and blogging friends have taken the place of my classroom and students.
You could say, I've gone from SCHOOL DAYS to DOG DAZE.
Congrats to Matt, 2014 Yukon Quest Rookie of Year, Vets' and Spirit of North Awards and 3rd Place
